木曜日は電車に乗って、、（２１／June/2012),たぶろう展とサパ

サパのサポータで、私のブログ友達とたぶろう展を日本新美術館に見に行きました。
久しぶりの絵画鑑賞でとても気分が良かったです。

その後、事務所に行きテレビドキュメンタリーの反響などを聞きました。サパの活動は
ニュースレターで知ることができますが、　視覚的に見ることが出来て、
具体的に感動することが出来るのは良かったと言う話が多い様に思いました。サパの会としての
JANADの勉強会、外務省との勉強会、地球開発学会の研究会に住友化学からもコメンテーターが出ることになったそうです。６月７月中の予定を聴きました。今日は、野澤さんの中学時代の同期の人達の集まりがあるそうです。野澤さんのドキュメンタリーが放送されて皆さんお元気になられたのではないでしょうか。

相変わらずサパでの活動、ご苦労様でございます。
私も先日のテレビドキュメンタリーを拝見して感動致しました。
並々ならぬ熱情とご努力の結果、着々を実が結ばれてゆく事実は素晴らしい事ですね。

Hi TomA couple of years ago I lost about 45 kilos (nearly 100 pounds) and was doing great at keeping it off and trying to get my bf down to below about 24%. I was at 26% then I had a car accident resulting in a chronic illness. Since then I’ve gained 9 kilos and bf is up to 39%. I had trouble working out what has happened to me until I realised when reading your article that I have defined myself in terms of my limitations instead of in terms of what I can still accomplish. Plus of course, I’ve given myself licence to eat crap because I ‘feel crap’.Thanks for a very motivating article.
